近平主席致联合国“声援巴勒斯坦人民 国际日”纪念大会贺电 值此“声援巴勒斯坦人民国际日”之际,我谨代表中国 政府和中国人民,向饱受战火之苦、渴望重建家园的巴勒 斯坦人民表达最坚定的支持。 巴勒斯坦问题是中东问题的核心,关乎国际公平正义, 牵动地区局势。当前形势下,国际社会应进一步凝聚共识, 采取更积极行动,确保实现加沙全面持久停火,避免战火 重燃。要秉持“巴人治巴”原则开展加沙战后治理和重建, 尊重巴勒斯坦人民的意愿,照顾地区国家的合理关切。要 尽快改善加沙人道局势,减轻巴勒斯坦人民苦难。最重要 的是锚定“两国方案”大方向,推动巴勒斯坦问题早日实现 政治解决。 巴勒斯坦问题也是对全球治理体系有效性的考验。中 方呼吁国际社会直面巴勒斯坦问题根源,展现责任担当, 采取有力行动,纠正历史不公,维护公平正义。 中国作为联合国安理会常任理事国,坚定支持巴勒斯 坦人民恢复民族合法权利的正义事业。中方将继续同国际 社会一道,为推动巴勒斯坦问题早日得到全面、公正、持 久解决作出不懈努力。 中华人民共和国主席习近平 2025年11月24日于北京 (Translation) 

Message from President Xi Jinping To the Special Commemorative Meeting in Observance of The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

On the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, I would like to extend, on behalf of the government and people of China, the firmest support to the Palestinian people who are suffering from the conflict and aspiring to rebuild their homeland. The question of Palestine sits at the core of the Middle East issue. It bears on international fairness and justice, and affects the regional situation. Against the current backdrop, the international community should further build consensus and take more proactive actions to ensure a comprehensive and lasting ceasefire in Gaza and prevent the flames of war from reigniting. Post-conflict governance and reconstruction in Gaza must follow the principle of "the Palestinians governing Palestine," respect the will of the Palestinian people and accommodate the legitimate concerns of countries in the region. The humanitarian situation in Gaza must be improved as soon as possible to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people. Above all, it is essential to firmly keep to the overarching direction of the two-state solution and facilitate an early political settlement of the Palestinian question. The Palestinian question is also a test of the effectiveness of the global governance system. China calls on the international community to address the root causes of the Palestinian question head-on, shoulder responsibilities, and take strong actions to redress historical injustice and uphold fairness and justice. As a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, China firmly supports the Palestinian people's just cause to restore the legitimate national rights of Palestine. China will continue to work with the international community and make relentless efforts toward a comprehensive, just and lasting settlement of the Palestinian question at an early date.
