Excellency, 


On the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, I wish to reaffirm Kazakhstan's unwavering commitment to supporting the legitimate aspirations of the Palestinian people and the establishment of an independent, sovereign State of Palestine within the 1967 borders, living in peace and security alongside Israel. Kazakhstan continues to support all international and regional efforts aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace, including the New York Declaration, the Arab Peace Initiative, and other UN-backed frameworks. We also welcome the outcomes of the Sharm El-Sheikh Summit, which renewed international momentum toward a sustainable ceasefire and the revival of a credible political process based on the two-state solution.

We underline the need to ensure full protection of the human rights of all Palestinians and call for the restoration of UNRWA's full operational capacity to continue providing essential humanitarian and social services to affected communities. Kazakhstan remains committed to working with the international community to promote peace, stability, and mutual understanding in the Middle East. We commend the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People for its steadfast efforts to uphold justice and the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people under challenging circumstances. Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.
